Served with homemade Garlic Bread and a fresh Salad of local & regionally sourced veggies and our Maple Balsamic Dressing.

Cauliflower Curry
with Paratha 
I doubt it's in any way authentic, but this was the curry that I grew up eating. Rich with coconut, peanuts and spices. A mild curry - if you like yours spicy, I always suggest serving with a dash of cayenne.
Served with Paratha, a flakey Indian flatbread
