Cooking Classes for Kids!
Build Confidence. Eat Local. Have Fun!
All King Girls Kitchen classes are developed and taught by certified Vermont educator Elizabeth King, and are designed to be hands on and FUN!
Elizabeth is passionate about helping kids (and adults!) feel comfortable, happy and connected in the kitchen. She uses local ingredients as much as possible for the best flavor, nourishment, and connection to our shared community. It is our hope that by learning culinary skills, students will feel empowered & confident and will learn to love good food at an early age.
Classes are divided by age group, to allow for developmentally appropriate challenge, and include both single-day workshops and longer series. This means you can select just the right class to fit your schedule and student. Classes are held a variety of locations, including Richmond Community Kitchen, local schools and specialized locations.
Single-day workshops and spring schedule coming soon!
Please contact Elizabeth if you have any questions or aren't sure which class would be a good match for your student! We're also happy to extend a discount for siblings or when you enroll in multiple class sessions.
All classes are taught by King Girls Kitchen’s Owner & Operator Elizabeth King. A licensed Vermont educator, Elizabeth brings together her love of teaching & her love of cooking in the King Girls Kitchen curriculum.
