with Caesar Arugula Salad
The rich flavors of mushrooms & caramelized onions combine with the creamy bite of manchego cheese in this rustic tart. Delicious hot or cold, this dish is a delightful combination of savory flavors and contrasting textures.
Served with a ceasar-inspired arugula salad.

Cauliflower Curry
with Paratha 
I doubt it's in any way authentic, but this was the curry that I grew up eating. Rich with coconut, peanuts and spices. A mild curry - if you like yours spicy, I always suggest serving with a dash of cayenne.
Served with Paratha, a flakey Indian flatbread
