Baked Sweet Potatoes, filled with a rich & delicious mixture of nuts, quinoa, broccoli & cranberries. A whole meal in a single dish! (Pro tip:they also freeze incredibly well, and make for quick & easy lunches!)  
Served with our Signature Cheesy Crackers and a pink veggie slaw for a contrast of colors and textures!

A rich combination of beans, tomatoes, and sweet corn, this vegetarian chili is a perfect balanced meal all on its own. 
From a recipe developed by my brother when he was in high school, this maple sweetened and buttery cornbread is a perfect accompaniment!
